PREMIUM
SUPPORT CONTRACT
VIVO COMPLETE clients may select the Premium Support
Contract when purchasing the VIVOware licensing. The fee for Premium
Support is $3,500 for six months and $6,000 per year. This world-class
support provides you with 24-hour live support for mission critical
applications. Response times are guaranteed. Clients are responsible
for providing VIVOware Support with a knowledgeable contact at your
company, the VIVOware Support department is responsible for providing state of
the art technical support and software diagnostic analysis.
TPT does not provide technical support to client’s end
users.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers
requesting VIVOware Technical Support Services, who have not selected
the Premium Support Contract, may take advantage of our Pay
Per Incident support.
Pay Per Incident (PPI)
This
service allows customers to pay for support service as and when
they use it. A fee of $1,000.00 is charged for each case reported.
